Port Moody is small but varied: older houses in Moody Centre, 1960s and 70s homes on the south slope, newer homes on the hillsides north of the inlet, and condo towers near the SkyTrain stations.
Towers in Suter Brook, Newport Village and near Moody Centre and Inlet Centre stations have concrete and metal-stud walls. We bring masonry or metal-stud anchors (+$50 concrete, +$15 metal studs) and follow strata rules.
College Park and Glenayre have many 1960s and 70s houses with drywall over wood studs, often with a suite or rec room downstairs. Our standard install starts at $180 for TVs from 32 to 60 inches.
