Local know-how
Lethbridge has early 1900s houses near downtown, plenty of 1950s to 1980s bungalows on the south and north sides, and the newer subdivisions of West Lethbridge. Most are wood-framed, but plaster, brick fireplaces and basements all come up.
Houses around London Road, Westminster and Staffordville can date from before 1950 and still have plaster and lath walls. We find the framing first and use plaster anchors so nothing cracks (+$10).
Bungalows in Lakeview, Victoria Park and Tudor Estates often have a brick fireplace from the 1960s or 1970s. Brick takes masonry anchors (+$80), and mounting above the fireplace adds $20.
Riverstone, Copperwood, Garry Station and The Crossings are newer homes with drywall over wood studs, often built around a gas fireplace. Our standard install starts at $200 for TVs from 32 to 60 inches, and above a fireplace adds $20.
Homes in Uplands, Legacy Ridge and Blackwolf often have a finished basement for the big TV. Framed basement walls are regular pricing from $200, and a bare concrete foundation wall adds $50.
Every job covers the same essentials: we find the studs or anchor into masonry, level the mount at the height you choose, hang the TV, check that it is secure and clean up. You choose the extras.
Choosing a mount
A fixed mount ($70) keeps the TV flat on the wall at eye level. A tilting mount ($80) angles the screen down, which helps above a fireplace. A full-motion mount ($125) swings and extends for corners and open-concept rooms. You can also use a mount you already have.

Clean look
We hide TV wires three ways: through an existing channel for $25, in a paintable raceway for $60, or inside the wall for $99.50 with a fire-resistant HDMI cable. Power cords should not run loose inside a wall, so in-wall jobs use rated cables and hardware.
Real TVs mounted by Pixl technicians: above fireplaces, on tile and stone feature walls, in condos and flush Frame TVs.

Nimona FTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with this installer and couldn’t be happier with the work. He installed three TVs for me, added lighting behind them, set up a sound bar, handled wall concealment, and even helped with mounting wall pictures. Everything looks clean, professional, and perfectly done. What really stood out was his patience and commitment. One of my TVs arrived cracked, and he had to wait over a month until I replaced it. Despite that, he came back without any issues and completed the job just as promised. Truly outstanding service from start to finish. I would definitely give 5 stars—honestly, even more if it were possible. Highly recommend! B D.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Labour for mounting a TV in Lethbridge starts at $149.99 for screens up to 31 inches, $199.99 for 32 to 60 inches and $209.99 for 61 to 79 inches, before tax. Our mounts add $70, $80 or $125. A 55-inch TV with a tilting mount and wires inside the wall is about $379.49.
For most TVs over 40 inches, yes. We find the studs or the right anchors for plaster, concrete, brick and stone, level the mount, and can hide the wires, so the TV stays up and looks clean. About half of the people who ask us for a quote already own a mount, and we install it for labour only.
A 65-inch TV falls in the 61 to 79 inch group, so labour is $209.99 with your own mount. With our tilting mount it is $289.99, and with wires hidden inside the wall it is $389.49. Add $20 if it goes above a fireplace.
Store prices and what they include change, so check their current price. Ours is on this page: labour from $150, and the quote form shows your exact price before you book. We mount on plaster, concrete, brick and stone, we can hide the wires, and you pay after the job.
Yes, it adds $20. In West Lethbridge it is usually a gas fireplace on drywall, while older south side homes often have brick (+$80). We check the clearance in your fireplace manual, and a tilting mount ($80) or a pull-down mantel mount ($70, or $110 motorized) keeps the screen at a comfortable height.
Yes. A finished basement with drywall is our standard price from $200, and bare concrete adds $50 for masonry anchors. If you rent near the university or the college, ask your landlord before booking, since a mount leaves screw holes.
A little. Older homes in London Road, Westminster and Staffordville can have plaster and lath instead of drywall. We find the framing and use plaster anchors so the wall does not crack, which adds $10. A brick fireplace or chimney adds $80.
A good rule is the centre of the screen at seated eye level, around 42 inches off the floor. Above a fireplace or in a basement with a low ceiling, that changes, and a tilting mount helps. Our guide on how high to mount a TV has a chart by screen size.
Yes. We can use an existing channel for $25, put the cables in a paintable raceway on the wall for $60, or run them inside the wall for $99.50 with a fire-resistant HDMI cable included.
Most mounts take 45 to 90 minutes. Brick or concrete walls, running wires inside the wall and a soundbar under the TV take a bit longer, and we tell you before we start.
