Mississauga has 1950s and 1960s bungalows in the south, 1970s to 1990s subdivisions through the middle, newer homes in the northwest, and a skyline of concrete condo towers around City Centre and Port Credit.
Towers around Square One, along Hurontario and in Port Credit have concrete walls and metal-stud partitions. We bring the right anchors (+$50 concrete, +$15 metal studs). Check your building rules before booking.
Postwar bungalows in Applewood, Lakeview, Cooksville and parts of Port Credit often have a brick fireplace, and some still have plaster walls. Plaster adds $10, brick adds $80, and above the fireplace adds $20.
Most homes in Erin Mills, Meadowvale and Mississauga Valley were built from the 1970s to the 1990s with drywall over wood studs. That is our standard install, from $120 for TVs from 32 to 60 inches.
Newer houses in Churchill Meadows, Lisgar and Meadowvale Village are often built around a gas fireplace. Above a fireplace adds $20, and a stone or tile surround adds $50.
Every job covers the same essentials: we find the studs or anchor into masonry, level the mount at the height you choose, hang the TV, check that it is secure and clean up. You choose the extras.
Choosing a mount
A fixed mount ($70) keeps the TV flat on the wall at eye level. A tilting mount ($80) angles the screen down, which helps above a fireplace. A full-motion mount ($125) swings and extends for corners and open-concept rooms. You can also use a mount you already have.

Clean look
We hide TV wires three ways: through an existing channel for $25, in a paintable raceway for $60, or inside the wall for $99.50 with a fire-resistant HDMI cable. Power cords should not run loose inside a wall, so in-wall jobs use rated cables and hardware.

Yes, for $20 extra. Homes in Churchill Meadows and Lisgar usually have a gas fireplace on drywall, while older south end bungalows often have brick (+$80). We check the clearance in your fireplace manual, and a tilting mount ($80) or a pull-down mantel mount ($70, or $110 motorized) brings the screen to a comfortable angle.
Yes, it is a big part of our work here. Condo walls are usually concrete or metal studs, so we bring masonry or metal-stud anchors (+$50 for concrete, +$15 for metal studs). Most buildings have rules about drilling and booking the elevator, so check with management first.
No. Some postwar homes in Applewood, Lakeview and Cooksville still have plaster walls, and many have a brick fireplace. We locate the framing and use plaster anchors so nothing cracks (+$10), or masonry anchors for brick (+$80).
